MTS Advisors, Inc. (“MTS”) is a boutique development, leasing and site selection company specializing in retail and mixed-use commercial real estate. MTS was created to provide superior service in these and related areas to clients and partners.

MTS was founded by President Mark T. Sneed in January, 2002. Mark is the holder of the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation bestowed by The Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and the SCLS (Senior Certified Leasing Specialist) designation bestowed by The International Council of Shopping Centers. Mark has in excess of 25 years experience in development, leasing, entitlements, and management of retail and mixed-use properties. Mark has also assisted numerous retail chains and restaurants with their site selection and location needs.

Winter Park Village
